📦 Returns & Refund Policy

✅ General Rules - You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items to request a return or refund.

Exclusions: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

  • Jewellery 
  • Clothing
  • Confectionery 

Used items: No cash refunds will be issued for products that have been used.

🚚 Missing Deliveries & Refund Policy 

You must report and contact us within 30 days from either:

The date your delivery was originally due or the date the delivery was marked as missing.

If you do not get in touch within this 30-day period, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements.
